This September marks the 10 year anniversary of 9/11, a day that brought the need for goodwill, peace and understanding into dramatic focus. As the Dalai Lama said, “We can never obtain peace in the outer world until we make peace with ourselves.”
This phenomenal music festival features musicians who share this vision. Taking the stage are Folkfest performers Karla Anderson, Brian McLeod and Jenie Thai, Canadian Idol finalist Martin Kerr, Belle (Sue) Hodge formally of Nicklefinger, Homesun and U22 artists. Bios are available upon request.
The amphitheater and picnic area are canopied, so rain or shine this will be a wonderful event for everyone in the community to enjoy.
